
Coordinates the end-to-end transportation of goods, managing documentation (BL, invoices, custom declarations), booking cargo space, and liaising with freight forwarders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Documentation: Preparing, verifying, and managing full-set export/import documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) to meet regulatory compliance.
• Logistics Coordination: Scheduling shipments, booking vessel or freight space, and coordinating with carriers and forwarders to meet customer orders.
• Customer & Vendor Service: Serving as the main contact for clients regarding shipment status and negotiating freight rates to reduce costs.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to customs regulations, preparing documents for custom declarations.
• System Management: Updating Million Software systems and monitoring stock availability to align with shipping schedules.
• Education: A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), knowledge of shipping software/ERP systems, strong communication, and negotiating skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in shipping, forwarding, or warehouse logistics is usually required
